The bolt is tightening on the transitional authorities in Mali as ECOWAS has targeted the individuals it considers responsible for the slow pace of the process of returning to constitutional order.
The regional body on Wednesday made public a list of leaders concerned by its sanctions.
This announcement comes ten days after the meeting of the Conference of Heads of State and Government of ECOWAS held in Accra, Ghana.
