Nigeria Immigration Service seeks collaboration with other services to secure borders

As part of ongoing efforts to prevent transborder crimes, Nigeria Immigration Service, NIS, has called for more collaboration from other paramilitary and military agencies to help effectively secure the borders against infiltration by foreign criminal elements.

Comptroller General of the Service, Mohammed Babandede, made the call during the inauguration of a Forward  Operation Base  FOB, in Cross River State, South South Nigeria where he said his agency is working in collaboration with other law enforcement agencies to ensure that no refugee willfully breaks any Nigerian law and go scot-free.
