The Supreme Court on Thursday dismissed a lawsuit filed against thirty-one members of parliament.
The parliamentarians were sued by two private lawyers for opposing President Adama Barrow's dismissal of Ya Kumba Jaiteh, a nominated member of parliament.
According to the complainants, the action of the members of parliament was unconstitutional.
The court threw the case out on grounds that the parliamentarians had committed no legal offense.
