Liberia : a law to scrap the tenure of all public officials

    Lawmakers in Liberia have cut-short their annual leave to review a proposed law seeking to scrap the tenure of all public officials within the executive branch of government.


    No further annual leave for liberian lawmakers. For the parliament has cut-shorted their holidays to convene an extraordinary session to review a propose law seeking to scrap the tenure of all public officials in the executive branch of government.

    The extraordinary sitting is expected to last for one month, beginning from October 29 to November 30, 2018.
