The opposition Sierra Leone People’s Party (SLPP) has accused Miatta French, a commissioner of the National Elections Commission of Sierra Leone of colluding with the ruling All Peoples Congress (APC) to rake Wednesday’s election in the party’s favor.
The election, the fourth since the end of the country’s civil war in 2002 has been granted a clean bill of health by the sub-regional bloc ECOWAS.
But the SLPP fears that the results may not the will of the Sierra Leoneans.
