Liberia’s ruling Unity Party cries foul after Tuesday’s runoff poll

    Vote counting is underway in Liberia following Tuesday delayed presidential run-off vote between football icon, George Weah and Vice President Joseph Boakai.
    A total of 5,390 polling stations across the country opened their doors for over two million registered voters.
    But as Liberians await the final results of Tuesday’s run-off, the ruling Unity Party is already crying foul, alleging irregularities in the polls.
    Mo Ali, the party’s spokesman, spoke to WADR on the line from Monrovia.
