    BirdLife International has opened a sub-regional office in Dakar, geared towards tackling the pressing needs of birdlife conversation.

    This is due to further develop and ensure sustainability of conservational approaches in West Africa.
    BirdLife International is a global partnership of conservation organisations that strive to conserve birds, their habitats, and global biodiversity.
    Ademola Ajagbe is the regional director for Africa and spoke to WADR’s John Mendy about how they are preventing the effects of climate change on BirdLife conservation.
