New mobile phone regulations in Benin
Cellular phone users in Benin will now go through identity checks and registration before using their phones.
In a new regulation announced by the authorities, all mobile phone users must have their personal details stored in a data, failure of which will result to breach of law.
This comes as the number of mobile phone users increase in Benin.
