Ghana, Togo sign multi million dollars water deal

Two West African neighbours, Ghana and Togo have signed a water agreement worth millions of US dollars

Both countries are members of the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS)..

Ghanaian President John Atah Mills has committed his country to exporting between 40,000-70,000 gallons of water to Lome every day.
