Ivory Coast: Population Growth Poses serious Housing Crisis
The sharp rise in Ivory Coast population growth rate is being seriously felt in the housing sector.
To address the problem, the Ivorian government says the New Year, 2012 will see a number of construction projects, in the aftermath of the bloody post election crisis, which has stalled development activities.
Ivory Coast needs 400,000 new houses to address the housing crisis in the country,
