At least 15 persons were injured and several others arrested when security forces Saturday dispersed an opposition rally in the Guinean capital Conakry, medical and security sources said.

Fleeing opposition supporters partially looted the headquarters of the ruling RPG party and damaged a number of vehicles, according to WADR Conakry correspondent.
