Macky Sall garners support as Wade makes ‘quiet’ strides

Top opposition figures and other influential Senegalese are reportedly throwing their weight behind former Prime Minister Macky Sall, who faces incumbent President Abdoulaye Wade in the second round of the presidential election slated for 25 March.

Sall, who came second in the first round, was one-time Prime Minister under Wade.
