Senegal suspends decision to send Habre to Chad
July 11, 2011Senegal has now announced that it’s suspending its decision to extradite former Chadian President Hisssen Habre to his home country on Monday 11 July. Senegalese Foreign Minister Madicke Niang made the announcement in an address on state television, RTS Sunday evening.
